1993 Isuzu Truck Repair Question

Can you help me
93 isuzu p/u 2.3 l 2 barrel carb. My question is as soon as i start my truck the engine is like someone is pressing the pedal to the floor and i try to kick with the gas to get it to idle down but it is not working can you help? i have put carb cleaner and tried to clean it or it may have seized on my not sure

Inspect the throttle plate/linkage/sticking acc. cable and look for vacuum leak-

can you explain in full what you are talking about please sir. this is getting frustrating. and how would i do that kind sir?

are you talking about the accl cable from the pedal under the dash to the firewall and to the carb?

where would their be on a vacum leaked please explain

Check all the vacuum hoses, intake manifold and base of the throttle body for hissing sound-spray it with WD-40 when the engine reacts the leak is there
