93 civic overheats

my 93 honda runs for 60 klm at normal temp then it goes up into the red zone and goes up and down to half till it over heats i have flushed the radiator and bled system head gasket is okay it seems to overfill reserve tank even if you start of with a empty reserve tank.

have the radiator cleaned by a radiator shop, flushing will not clear blocked core tubes, replace the thermostat as well, start here.

If it continues to overheat pressurize the cooling system and also block test it to find out more-
