My 93 honda accord lx wont startnew starter plugs wires dis. Cap rotor alternator batt car is getting fuel and its getting fire. It cranks and cranks but wont turn over and start

Check the fuel pressure if its with specs if okay-start checking the valve and ignition timing if its correct-

Had the water pump changed and its timming belt driven so changed the belt to had the timming set at the shop and I was told the fuel pressure is fine
