Tune up and starting issue

I have a 93 Ford Thunderbird with the 302 Ho motor I did a complete tune up and replaced the disturbtor now the car dosent start just cranks and I also sent the engine to TDC on cylinder 1 with the rotor facing it another thing I don't smell any signs of gas while cracking

Firming order is set right
Cylinder on is set to TDC

You sure its not on the exhaust stroke? Check the fuel pressure if its within specs and if the injectors are pulsing

I used my thumb with turn engine for top dead center also I test the fuel pressure today and there's none when turn the key on but not start several times
