1993 Ford Mustang vibrations

Engine and drive train shake at about 3500 and up rpms when putting into gear u can hear a grinding noise sometimes. And does this through all the 5 gears.

See if it does it in neutral first then disconnect the fan belt see if it still does it to try to separate where it is. If it stops when belt disconnected it's either alternator or something g in drive

It has an electric fan and it does it in neutral

Still take the belt off and see if it stops. If it doesn't then have a local mech check it out for a better opinion
