Stalling like its being chocked

I have a 93 f350 4x4 dually wit a 7.5 460 v8 and it keeps stalling like its being chocked by something I replaced distributor, fuel pump, fuel filter, icm, tps, So what is wrong with this truck it's very mind puzzling

I really don't even know wear to start now?

Make sure your fuel pressure is up to spec. If it is low, this will result.

No, you need to determine the failure before replacing anything.

Ok so fuel presser is good but I for got to tell ya that my fuel pump relay is clicking fast, my igintaion coil is going crazy sparking for. No reason while key is in the on position and for some reason my cycloid in transmission is clicking so I disconnect fuel pump relay that stopped and disconnect igintaion coil and that stopped but there is still a clicking in transmission I only disconnected those things to see we're else it was making nois dro
There is a re call on a splice wire that comes from the PCM I checked that still have problems
