My fuel data center and climate control have gone out for no reason so I don't have a fuel gauge or a/c now I've read that it could possibly be the bcm ( body control module) but I'm not sure. Any suggestions?

Check fuses and relays first then do what it says in pic to see if the diagnosis works after e codes f codes will appear if any. If it doesn't do either have a pro look at it.

All fuses are good ive checked them before but the problem with checking the error codes is that the ccp doesnt display anything like as if it wasnt getting power or something

I had the same problem on my 1993 4.9 PFI V8. I checked every relay and fuse with no luck. I took it to my mechanic and he had it fixed in a hour. He said it was a bulb behind the gauge cluster. Not sure if this helps anyone but I felt obligated to pass on the information.
