Cold air instead of heat

1993 Cadillac Sedan Deville noheat. Both heater hoses are hot, radiator hoses are hot, Radiator is full of fluid. Blend door today did not move as I raised the interior tempture level to 90 degrees. The first time I checke the blend door it did open and close. What would you suggest to check at this point.

Assuming you have the glove box out to access the blend door linkage rod, disconnect it from the actuator arm and physically move it to one or the other extreme. Does that get you heated air?
