1992 Toyota Previa Repair Question

Installed new fuel pump in previa, fuel pump won't run no blown fuses, all relays working, and no spark or codes, any ideas?
1992 toyota previa, 125000 mi. customer has replaced fuel pump before, fuel pump runs if unplug it, and apply power to the pump leads, ecu shows no codes, there is also no spark, but I have power to the coil.

Check and test the EFI fuse, Circuit Opening relay, Airflow meter-also check the injectors if its pulsing-let me

Do this block open the airflow flap in the airflow meter-did the fuel pump On-if not try this in the DLC under driver seat jumper Batt to Fp and see what happens
