Brakes lights out

My brake lights (and dash) are out on my 1992 Toyota Celica, checked the fuses, fusable links and all the bulbs. Im not getting power to the slot in the fuse box allocated for them, but if I jump a wire from a different slot to the wires, I get dash lights, but still no brake lights. any ideas?

Do you have battery voltage at the Defog and ECU-B fuses? If not, check the 100 A fusible Link in fusible link box underhood.

Stop light and taillight uses different fuses and circuit. If you apply battery voltage to the stop fuse and both system works, power from 100 A (ALT fuse) is not getting to the fuse slots or you have a faulty fusebox.
