The next day car started quickly. The next day car wont start, does same. This is 2nd, or 3rd, time this happened and mech. Says same. Right now car does not start, started yesterday. Please, any suggestions?

This sounds like the crankshaft angle sensor (distributor) or the fuel pump has gone out, when you turn the key to the on position without cranking the engine over can you hear the fuel pump run in the tank for 5 seconds?
