1992 Lincoln Town Car Repair Question

I have a 1992 lincoln towncar,the wipers stopped working when it was being driven home during a storm, the wipers were being turned on and off due to intermittent rain, when they stopped, i bought a new wiper motor, but that did not work after i installed
Wiper motor stopped working, replaced wiper motor, still doesn't work.what else could be wrong? wiper switch? where is it ? what number fuses could be blown,none looked bad,but i didn't pull for a close look.

test em for juice rather than just look see.

also make sure wiper motor has good ground
