You would have to remove the arms and use a bench press to get the bushes out and install the new bushes.

Attached is a suspension component diagram.

Removal of components are straight forward jobs.

Raise the vehicle and support on stand.
Remove any bolts holding the component you wish to remove and you would be able to take it out. Some are adjustable components and wheel alignment would have to be performed after reinstallation. Mark the adjustable bolts prior to removal and reinstall in original position to avoid excessive run out.
