Ok you geniuses.I bought a 1991 ford tarus 137k on it. Check engine light on.I ran 3tests obd1 ford says code412 cannot control rpm during koer high rpm ck. What do I do to remedy this malfunction.I am broke or I would give it all. Cuz you are the best on web{i have paid 4 ans. In the past. Thankx

Unplug Idle Speed Control solenoid see if RPM drops. If no remove see if pintle stuck maybe carboned up if so clean with throttle body cleaner. Also clean throttle plate and check for binding
