Steering difficulties

I am having steering problems - there is a strong pull to the left on the wheel and when I veer left there is a loud chugging and lots of vibration

Have the lower ball joints checked, very common problem, check tie rod ends inner and outer, steering rack mounts, wheel bearings start here.
