Where is it at under the hood and will it make ur car shut off when come to a sudden stop or slowin down I hear a queek nosie comeing from under the hood when I turn the steerin wheel or when I give it gas

The fuel pump is in the tank, it would most likely not be the cause of a stall at stops. I would look toward a possible idle speed control motor, or if it only occurs after cruising freeway speeds, an egr valve.
