I am having multiple problems and don't know what's going on.

The 1st problem was my turning signals stopped working. Checked all bulbs, fuses and flasher unit.

2nd problem started after loss of signals. The air conditioner started blowing full power and would not turn off after turning off car. Stayed on with fuse out, had to disconnect battery to turn off.

3rd problem started shortly after, there was a loud vrrught like sound coming from either the dash or a round device under the engine's fuse box. Was very loud and would periodically go off and on. Made the pedals vibrate.

4rd problem started today while I was in a store. I did not disconnect the battery, so even though the car was off, the conditioner and the loud noise was on. When I came out everything was off and I thought my battery had died but car started fine. There was a very noticeable burning plastic smell in the car but not in the engine area, only in the car cabin. Air conditioner was blowing cold air fine. This burning smell really has me worried.

I do need new brakes and rotors.

Please Help!

Don't drive it like that, put it in the shop. Don't take time to fool with something that is burning. May start a fire? If you keep the battery disconnected, that should be safe.

I'd have to start under the dash, see if anything looks melted or burned, wiring, connectors, anything.
