Yes that was very helpful And exactly how I have them set already so that is off my mind now. However. It still will not start. I can hear the fuel pump run when I turn the key on and I have a good spark at the coil wire, The rotor points to #1 at TDC of the compression stroke. Is there something I'm overlooking with the fuel or spark timing that could be causing this to not start up?

You have sparks and fuel pressure, but are the injectors pulsing?

Try spraying some starting fluids and see if it starts.
If vehicle had not been started for an extended period, the compression could be low due to the piston rings drying out. Test the compression and if low, remove the sparl plugs. Pump a little engine oil into the cylinders and crank the engine for a few seconds. Recheck the compression. If compression has increased, reinstall the spark plugs and try starting again.

Ensure the cranking speed is good as a weak battery might not crank the engine fast enough to get it started.
