My truck is very hard to start of a Morning

I have to crank and crank on my truck before it will start of a morning.I have replaced the fuel pump and the fuel filter, could you tell me what it might be?

Check if the fuel pump is producing the correct fuel pressure and also check and test the engine coolant temperature sensor-start here

The fuel pressure is 38 lbs and I have replaced the coolant sensor that was the only code it had. After it has been started its fine the rest of the day, and it runs great after you get it started.
