Running rich w/ high idle,when under load idle is normal
Changed pressure regulator removed catalytic converter, haven't changed plugs wires or rotor cap and button because no misfire any sggestions?

put the cat back. did you check the mass air flow sensor?? common for running rich. other things like air filter, leaking injector and high fuel pressure are common items to check.
