1990 Honda Accord Repair Question

Would ignition switch cause this problem

I dont have any brake lights. fuses are good, checked the brake switch but it is not getting power. I have also checked bulbs. What do you think i should check next. 1990 honda accord ex

go back to the fuses and test them with a test light. make sure there is power on both sides.

I did that before I asked the question with a two prong test meter

There is a break in the power supply from brake fuse to the brake switch. This circuit is hot at all times and does not go through the ignition switch.
