90 Dodge Shadow won't start

Have a helper turn the key to the start position while you check for power to the smaller wire at the starter. It should have 12+ volts. If there is power, replace the starter. If no power, check the starter relay and where it plugs in for power. It will be in the power distribution box under the hood.
