The car has been sitting through a very cold winter, about 4 months, not started but in excellent condition before it sat, and it has all new fluids 93 octane in the tank about a quarter full, car has new battery when you turn the key, it clicks sound like it wants to turn over but can't what should it check to get her to turn over. Any and multiple suggestions are welcome. Also where can I find the distributor cap. I feel there might be moisture in that so I can remove the cap and dry it and spray wd40 but I can't locate it. Thank you Carolyn

Check the battery terminal clamps make sure they're tight, shouldn't be able to move them by hand. A discharged battery will also do this.
I don't think you have a distributor on this engine. The 3.0L engine has a distributor but the 3.3L doesn't.
Follow the one spark plug wires from the spark plug back to the other end. You should see a circular shaped cap where all the spark plug wires plug into if you have a distributor. If the wires plug into a square shaped part then you don't have a distributor.
