Heater fan will not work
1990 cadillac deville my buttons on the temperature control panel will not work, i have checked all fuses and they are good, my fan will not turn on either.I replaced the blower motor and it still will not turn on.

I would be checking that the heater blower resistor has not burnt out, it is located in the R/H side of the fire wall in top of the plenum.
