1990 cadilac tuned up and starts fine. When you stop then give it a little gas it loses power and runs rough kind of off and on.

One thing to check on a 1990, is injector resistance, as there was problems. The resistance of each injector should be 12 to 15 ohms. If one or more is shorted, you can opt for replacement of them all at one labor charge, or individually at multiple labor charges.
