Engine running rough

The engine is running poorly in my 1990 cadillac sedan deville, 4.5 liter v-8. The fuel injector is not letting fuel into the cylinder, the compression is fine, new plugs, and the injector is getting the signal just not opening.

Sounds like the computer injector/s ground dreiver circuit or an input signal missing to tell the computer to synchronize the injector-could be the cam or crankshaft sensor-
