Engine noise

After I replaced blown head gaskets the engine is now knocks. Sounds to light to be a rod or main bearing, Could it be a damaged piston or wrist pin from the piston trying to compress the water?

Thank you for your help. This is between a ticking/ tapping noise that will become less when the engine is warm.

Sounds like valve liters problem-if its top end of engine where its coming from-
