GMC C2500 Engine Problem
Engine runs rough & burns gas bigtime. 10 MPG @ 70 - 73 MPH.

How's the engine compression? If okay give it a major tune and see what happens-low engine compression won't benefit from a tune-up-gas eater can be caused by any sub components of the vehicle-such as tires/wheel alignment/brakes/transmission-etc and the list goes on-
