I replace starter and still will not turn over. Do you know what could be wrong with the truck? I replaced solenoid switch and still won't start. Now I can bypass the solenoid switch and it will turn over but will not start. Please help me.

Check for voltage at starter relay. Yes, you can crank starter without using the key, but is isn't going to start.

Any testing, make sure the tranny is in park or neutral and the e-brake is set.

You need a digital multimeter. I guess a testlite is better than nothing. If your going to work on your own vehicles, a digital multimeter is a basic tool. Unless you can do a little testing, not sure how to help.
