1989 Ford Bronco Starting

The fuel pump been repaired there is gas in it its been in the shop for to faulty fuses I want to go start it yesterday and it just turned over but it didn't start. I noticed when I was driving when I would try to go faster it wouldn't go faster that was like there's no power and then when I was stopped at the Signal light or stop sign when it was idling it w so I don't know if it is the timing chain or whatent really really low like it was going to die and then it did die

Fuel pump been repaired -what was the fuel pressure while engine running-we need to know this, also try cleaning out the EGR and PCV valves and see what happens-let me know
