My car has motor oil in the throttle body. Why?

Does your throttle-body have a vacuum housing on it? If the vacuum lines have access to engine oil or tranny fluid, it will suck it up into the throttle-body. This may not apply to your vehicle, but, I have seen it on other makes and models. Does the vehicle run ok?
