1989 Chevrolet Suburban alignment

Camber is out on the left front tire. It seems to lean out at the top. How do I adjust it, and what degrees
am I hoping to attain.

If you have a solid front axle, it's done by installing an offset bushing for the upper ball joint. With upper and lower control arms, there's two packs of shims between the frame and upper control arm shaft. Most GM trucks called for around 0.75 degrees camber but it varies between 1500, 2500, etc.
