Cadillac Fleetwood Engine Problem
I have an 89 Cadillac Fleetwood Brogham RWD. Once it warms up mid range 40-45 mph lack of power, then when letting off the gas idle gets so low the stop engine light blinks and comes on and off. I put it in nuteral to speed up the idle to keep the stop engine light from staying on.
I am planning to install a new exhast system could it be a plugged muffler or Cat convertor?
Has new wires,Dist.cap,Rotor, Plugs,PCV value,Fuel Filter.

I am planning to install a new exhast system could it be a plugged muffler or Cat convertor? To confirm an exhaust restriction do a backpressure test
Try pulling code/s from the computer and check/test the idle air control valve, throttle position and manifold absolute pressure sensors-
