STARTING PROBLEMS

1988 Mazda RX7

When I want to start my car up it takes about 30 seconds. I keep cranking and cranking but it doesnt start and on top of that when it does start white smoke comes out from the exhaust and stops after the engine is warm. Why does it take forever to start up and why does it smoke? Its a 13b engine non turbo. Thank you

It could be low fuel pressure, weak sparks, improper fuel delivery and many others. You need to find out what is missing causing the difficult starting. Check out the links below.
