1. Why my car start shaking when my radiator's cooling fan start cooling in full speed?

2. When I push the accelerator bit my engine get races but my car doesn't speed up.

1. The idling speed could have decreased when the cooling fans comes on resulting in the vibration. You have a fault with the idling speed and engine mounts.

2. The clutch is most probably worn and requires replacement.
