Wiper linkage

Have 88 ranger ext. Cab, clip for wiper linkage popped off due to ice dam clip is old and bent, question is can I get a new one and install it myself if yes what is easiest way?

You will have to check with the local Ford dealer to see if it is still a serviced item, being an older car you may have a problem getting a new clip.

Ford still carries them and behind the engine there is an access panel you remove to get to the linkage just replaced one on my ranger 1987 with 2.3 4x4
