There isn't a fuse for windows it's acircuit breaker. But put a 30amp fuse in it if possible and test windows then. If they work then the breaker is bad and needs replacing. If the fuse blows there is a short in the system. Then check to see if switch is getting and sending power out to motor if it does then the breaker was your problem. Replace with a new breaker.
