I have a 1986 Honda Civic si 1.5 L. I wrecked and bashed the whole front of my car in, I have to replace the radiator, in the process I had to remove all the air conditioning crap in front of it, will my car still run if I don't put it back on?

The radiator has to be back but the A/C components need not be if you do not require it.

That is the compressor belt.
You can remove it to prevent the compressor from working when engine is running.

Alternator and power steering uses different belts so is not affected if the AC belt is removed.
