1986 Dodge Diplomat Repair Question

Dodge Diplomat Heater Problem
Trying to locate the following to repair/replace HVAC in vehicle:
a) A/C Heat Control panel & A/C Heat Switch
b) Blend Door Motor
Also needed the Heater core, but I did manage to find that on the Internet.
Also can Chrysler 5th Avenue parts be used as a substitute if I am unable to find any replacements?
Thank you...already searched Internet on-line salvage companies and e-Bay as well as auto part stores with "Mopar" offerings.

If you're between Ohio and southern Georgia, do a search for "Pull-A-Part". I found 8 Diplomats in various cities. The Fifth Ave. is the same car but the heater controls might be different.
