Noisy egr solenoid constantly clicking after warm up. Noise goes away at coast, clicks on load, to me it cycles to long and to loud. Is it stuck valve from carbon, or solenoid electrical, or another sensor setting the solenoid off?

Possible carbon build up inside making it stick. Also check for leak in vacuum hose. But don't fix what ain't broke. If it's causing you to fail an emissions test, then fix or replace.
