Whats wrong with my 1982 Cadillac

Heater blower fan won't shut off even when car is shut off and keys are in my hand I have to disconnect the battery ti get it to spot

More than likely the blower power module is shorted. It could be also described as the blower resistor. It should be somewhere near the blower motor in the hvac case. If you disconnect it and the blower stops, it is at fault. Sometimes a blower motor pulling high amps can cause it to short, something greater than 20-25.
