How do I replace oil pump on 79 dodge truck with 318, I was driving and it was running fine then pressure went to 0 and started tapping. Changed oil filter, but that was not it.

You have to pull the oil pan and take the pump out. You will probably have to jack the engine up and get teh crank to a nuetral position to slide the pan out. You might check your bearingsfor side play to see if a rod has gone bad. You might have junk in the pressurerelief vavle that has caused it as well.
