Neutral safety switch

On October 27, 2010, you answered a question about a 1979 Chevy van starter safety switch. Do you have any idea where one can buy the switch shown in the P model diagram. I have that chassis under an Itasca motorhome. I haven't been able to hunt down that switch. GM says discontinued but I don't think they even know which switch it is. Any guidance is much appreciated. Thanks.

Hello, I was not part of the original question but I notice in pic that it is adjustable. Maybe it just needs adjustment? And if that's not it maybe it's repairable? I get a kick outa doin stuff like that!
