Rolls Royce brakes don't work

I have a 78 RR Corniche. I have to weight 5 minutes for the brake indicator lights to go off before the brakes will work.
But, if I stop the car and start it again the lights never go of and the brakes don't work.
I push the brake pedal down to the floor and the brakes don't work. The hoses don't leak. Is it the compressor?

These brake systems are very complex, we have no information on this so it will have to be a dealer fix.
