78 460. noise when accelerate
Hello,
I hear a deaf noise as a humming when I accelerate. All depend the range fo speed or rpm. When cruising, the noise can be heard between 35 to 60 mph. When starting, I can hear the noise if the car need force ( for exemple in a slope or a hill ).Ohterwise, the faster I go, the car make no more noise...Thanks for all. (and excuse me I write as I can I'm from France)

I can try to be more clear.
There is no noise when iddle. On D position appears the noise during acceleration, certainly a relationship with torque. The noise/vibration seems to come from the right of the car at the level of the front passager . Thanks if you have some clues.

it may be a broken shield from the cat converter if it's more like a rattle. it cold also be the humming that you hear.other than that i really couldn't say
