Won't start
1977 chevy 6 cylinder 3 speed truck. Hasn't been started in about 4 years. New battery, still won't start. Won't even crank, why?

What happens to the brightness of the head lights when you try to crank the engine?

Don't know about headlights but instrument panel lights go out
