My headlights r dim, my taillights don't work an dont knowd my brake lights work. I've changed the alternator, the voltage regulator, brand new battery. Y would I still not have any lights? I've made sure that all my engine wiring is complete and without grounded wires . Simply put I need lights.

Yes, you do need lights. As far as the dim lights, it sounds like you have a bad ground. If the vehicle has rust on it, check to make sure the ground you have is good. As far as the tail lights, you need to trace the wiring from the rear to see where the power is lost.
