Can I cut the bolts off of where the exhaust manifold meets the exhaust pipe on my 76' Chevy Cheyenne without having to get a whole new manifold? It looks like the bolts are part of the mani but it could just be rust and corrosion.

That bolt is part of the exhaust manifold -you cut it-you'll be needing another manifold or a machinist for repair

Yes, probably just rust and corrosion. I cant recall any bolts/studs that cant be replaced on manifolds.
