1965 Chevrolet Other Repair Question

Possible vapor lock
I have a 65 chevy c10 with a 230 inline 6 I just bought a new tank and carb but the truck will not run and if does run it run for about ten minutes I have changed filters both inline and in carb but I can not find the problem. Some say vapor lock. Thank you for your time.

what is fuel pump pressure? is there spark at plugs?

unknown on fuel pump pressure but I do have spark at the plugs. I did a tune up about a month ago new plug,wires and points
