Fuse boxes relays and fuses

From the engine performance circuit, it looks like in the under dash fuse/relay box the ignition coil relay, pgm-fi main relay 1, fuse#2, fuse#1, and fuse 4 are hot at all times, while pgm-fi main relay 2, fuse#19, fuse#18, and fuse#21 are hot in on or start. The circuit doesn't tell me about the rest of relays and fuses when they're supposed to be hot. Likewise, the circuit only shows that fuse#13 in the under hood fuse/relay box is hot at all times and doesn't show the rest of relays and fuses. If someone can provide that information that would be great. I'm not sure if there is a circuit diagram for the relay/fuse boxes, but I need to test both the under dash and the under hood boxes.
